The most comprehensive rnage of CNC lathe from 2-axis to turret lathe.

The SHARP series CNC lathe has a 45¢X slant bed, featuring powerful cutting, high torque output, and extra rigid structure. It prevents deformation on the bed and assures high stability while in heavy duty machining. The slant bed design facilitates tool mounting, change and inspection. Precision ball screws on two axes combined with high precision spindle provide high machining accuracy and fine finish surface. The SHARP series integrates fine craftsmanship, superior structural rigidity in a compact machine, and creates high value for high precision machining jobs.


3-Jaw Chuck, Turret And Tailstock

The 12-position heavy turret features large diameter curvic doupling and high pressure of 4396 kgf. Tool change time between adjacent tools is 0.3 seconds.


Programmable Tailstock

The widely spaced tailstock sildeways and heavy duty construction assure maximum rigidity. The center sleeve can be controlled by foot switch or programes.


Precision Spindle

The spindle stock is manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron. The spindle stock surface has fins to increase heat dissipation efficiency while assuring spindle accuracy.


Heavy Duty 45° Slant Bed

Optimal structure design assures outstanding dampening capability, dynamic stability and years of deformation-free performance.

The massive base and 45° slant bed are one-piece constructed for greatly upgrading the rigidity and stability of the machine.

Box ways on X, Z-axis. Way surfaces are hardened, precision ground and coated with Turcite-B, Featuring excellent wear resistance.

Oversized slideways combined with greater span between ways exhibit maximum stability.
