    The Jinn Fa JSL-26/32/26A/32A CNC lathe features not only high rigidity structure but also multiple functions for eccentric and tool-traveling turning. The tool-traveling turning on X, Y and Z axes provide superior performance on both long and short work piece machining.   • Max. turning diameter 42mm.
  • Both guide bush / non guide bush are available for making complicated components.
  • With hydraulic chuck system on main spindle, it accepted poor tolerance bar to save the material cost.
  • Deep hole drilling on sub spindle side with center cooling system. It has fixed and rotary type.
  • The tooling system has two Y axis and CS axis. Totally there are 37 tool holders and 19 of them are living tool.
  • Cross and face drilling function are available on main and sub spindle.
  • Built-in spindle with oil cooling system offers high efficiency, low noise and high accuracy environment.

  • Four axes simultaneously movement (X/Y/Z/B) works with main/sub tooling system.
  • Main spindle equipped 5° multiple orienta. With cross drilling, it works well in milling, drilling and tapping.
  • Main and Sub spindle can drill simultaneously.
  • With Fanuc 0i-td and upgradeable function, it is flexible for making complicated components.
