 Main Shaft and Tool Slider
Made of top quality alloy steel, the main shaft and related machine parts are produced through proper heat treatment and precise processing. The machine is equipped with five sets of tools and, for accuracy and easy adjustment, it adopts micro-adjustable screws. |
Double -Tail Seat
The tapping shaft is driven by an electromagnetic clutch. Tapping is processed through high-speed rotary difference And, the two shaft are capable of tapping, drilling and reaming. |
Cam Shaft
Drilling, tapping and long distance machining are handled by cylindrical cam shaft, and outer diameter machining is processing by plate cam. The two cam shafts meet in the middle to connect into one, for easy cam changing. |
