The JCL series CNC lathe is excellent for heavy duty and continuous machining operations. The machine is carefully designed and built to ensure long term accuracy and fine finish on workpiece surface. The 30 slant bed structure, combined with the use of linear motion guides, provides extremely smooth motion. Fast traverse and quick tool change on the turret saves considerable non-cutting time. The machine features maximum stability when cutting various types of workiece. Can also be equipped with power turret for milling and drilling operations, and a C-axis to save auxiliary operation time while increasing working efficiency.

Linear Guide Way The Z-axis is equipped with extra rigid linear ways. Each linear way has two blocks, producing extremely firm support. High Precision Ball Screw The Z-axis ball screw is directly driven by servomotor. Extra large diameter of ball screw greatly upgrades feeding stability on Z-axis.	3-Jaw Chuck, Turret And Tailstock The 10-position heavy turret features large diameter curvic coupling and high pressure of 4396 kgf. Tool change time between adjacent tools is 0.3 seconds.	Rigid, Precise Spindle The spindle is precisin-machined from Chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, hardened and dynamically balanced to assure lifetime accuracy. The spindle is supported by class P4 angular contact ball bearings, featuring outstanding axial and radial loading capabilities. Maximum stability of spindle is enhanced especially when performing heavy cutting.
Programmable Tailstock The widely spaced tailstock slideways and heavy duty construction asure maximum rigidity. The center sleeve can be controlled by foot switch or programs.	Tool Presenter The automatic tool setter is designed to minimize cutting tests. It permits for measuring the tool length and tool diameter. The tool adjustment arm is powered and programmable controlled.	Power Turret The power turret features bi-directional tool change. Tool change time between adjacent tools is only 0.2 seconds. The turret loading capacity is 12 tools. The live tool head can be fitted with 6 tools.
Heat Exchanger For Electrical Cabinet The high efficiency heat exchanger allows for constant temperature in the electrical cabinet. It also ensures the performance dependability of electronic components.	Hydraulic Power Unit The hydraulic power unit provides power for 3-jaw chuck, hydraulic turret and hydraulic tailstock. The hydraulic power unit consists of high quality components, assuring extremely stable motions, low noise and long service life.
